* You can use our Google Cloud spreadsheets to run scripts that find similar customers based on your criteria.  This is a free self-service feature that can assist with targeting the people similar to your current clients.

Since we are not data brokers, we do not & can’t guarantee list quality. 

Using your own data is best; however, if you’d like us to acquire lists from list brokers on your behalf, they usually have the following accuracy rates: 94% business data, 89% consumer data, 81% weekly new movers data.

Important:  With ongoing updates, no large list can be 100% accurate for long.

If you require your list of names the same day the compiler gets them, please deal directly with them. Expect higher prices and larger minimum orders. We’ve also found that new movers can take several weeks to get adjusted to their new home. Receiving marketing material too soon may not be to the marketer’s advantage.

Answer:  Please get a free price quote. We charge for sending your postcards, flyers or emails using our software for a flat rate.  

Since we are not list brokers, we do not depend on list sales for our business success; instead, we connect with list brokers only upon our clients’ request to acquire lists on their behalf. Then, we charge what the lists cost us, plus the time and expenses incurred.

Once your order is paid and verified (usually the same day), you will receive a link to download a spreadsheet with your leads. This spreadsheet can also be used online to keep notes and complete the sales process with prospects.

Answer:   If you’ve requested that we purchase data from a list broker on your behalf, you will be bound by the terms of the list broker, which normally limits resell of the data and that the data will expire within 6 months from the date of purchase.  This is important to follow since the list broker is bound to privacy rules that require them to remove names that ask to be removed from the list. 

Otherwise, you are free to find new customers by using our software to send postcards, flyers & emails. Then, you can use the data to know your market penetration and increase sales.  You can give the spreadsheet to your printer, or you can print mailing labels and send the prospects your postcards, flyers, letters, etc.  You can also merge your list with Meta’s / Facebook’s custom audience tools.

No. We provide the software and connect to partner networks to send postcards, flyers & emails on behalf of our clients, once they have their designs & lists ready (which can be their own designs & lists).

We are also creating a design vault which will have designs our clients can use upon request. Currently, we have several unique templates that we can share that encourages your targeted audience to want to keep your ad/offer longer.

It is common for some non-profit & profit agencies to license their data for legitimate and approved uses.

 One example of the type of lists being licensed is the National Blood Bank Donors List.  Other organizations, also, in Dentistry, Mental Health, Legal, Cardiology, Real Estate, Scientific, Advertising, Marketing, Veterinary, Education and more, license their data for a particular purpose.  We believe that this is a positive use of the medium; however, please note paid e-mail services (Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.,) do not allow purchased lists on their networks.  The leased data are sent ONLY via private servers and all messages must be pre-approved.
