Terms & Conditions

In order to use our products & services you must be at least 18 years of age.

DatabaseRus, LLC., is a software as a service company.  We provide online software that is used to connect to a printers press or an email server to send our clients advertisement messages.

By using the DatabaseRus.com website or ordering online clients agree to the terms and conditions in this agreement.

Clients agree and understand that DatabaseRus, LLC., is not a data broker. 

We encourage our clients to use their own data & designs, if available; however, if they request that we provide them data from a licensed data broker, they agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of that data broker along with the following terms below. 

1. Permitted Uses and Restrictions

DatabaseRus.com grants our clients a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to our software (“Product”) for the following permitted uses:

• To send postcards, flyers and or e-mails that are business related in the industry you sign up for.
• Clients may not copy, sell, license, dispense, or in any other way distribute any part of the software or any third party database.
• You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, foreign and local statutes and regulations, including, but not limited to, the CAN-SPAM Act, COPPA, the National Do Not Call Registry & Canada’s Anti-Spam Law.

2. Limited Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ALL DATA AND SERVICES PROVIDED ARE SOLD “AS IS.” NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE GIVEN HEREUNDER. Under no circumstances shall the maximum liability of DatabaseRus.com or its affiliates exceed more than the amount paid by the customer.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by mandatory arbitration in San Francisco, California. This Agreement and the rights of the parties hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

3. Subscription and Billing

Billing: You authorize DatabaseRus, LLC., to charge your authorized payment method (the “Payment Method”) the one-time, monthly or yearly subscription fee plus a one-time set-up charge, if applicable. 

Recurring payments will automatically be drafted from the account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.

DatabaseRus.com reserves the right to terminate your subscription if for any reason a Payment Method is cancelled, terminated or declined.

4. No Long-Term Contract, Cancel Anytime

To cancel your subscription, please send an email within at least 5 days before your renewal date to avoid being billed an additional month of service to [email protected] (include your company name, first name, last name, company e-mail and company telephone).  

     5.  Refunds:  You acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy:

Since we provide a digital product/service we cannot reclaim the product after it has been ordered or transferred to the purchaser because, immediately, after a payment is received, we incur a charge for processing the requested service (Data, Printing, Postage, Server Usage) from our suppliers.

For this reason, we have a no refund policy.
